In addition to having an uneven surface with a deep texture and a high design quality, it also has high corrosion resistance, excellent adhesion of the coating layer, and is resistant to impacts, etc., and is excellent in outdoor environments. This article relates to a coated steel protective fence that can be expected to be durable. In addition, in this specification,
The term "protective fence" refers to all types of fences used for protection purposes, such as guard fences, guardrails, handrails, various types of handrails, fences for plants, and fences for gardening.

However, steel products that are simply painted on the surface look monotonous and lack expression, giving off a cold, metallic impression. Apart from places like expressways where only the overall shape of the design is considered, such things can also be used on sidewalks, parks, residential courts, etc.
It is essentially unsuitable for places such as balconies, where you can feel the texture of the fabric from close quarters.
The cold metallic feel can be alleviated to some extent by applying sand mixed paint, but even in this case, the appearance itself remains monotonous and cold, and no rust prevention effect can be expected.
As described above, conventional steel products are significantly lacking in design elements when viewed from a close distance, making them difficult to use in some practical locations.

The purpose is to provide a coated steel protective fence that also has the following properties.

Ordinary products cannot be attached even if they are hammered directly onto the steel surface. The only way to hold ordinary cement mortar on a steel surface is to weld wire lath (spot welding) all over the steel surface and have the mortar adhere to this.
Mortar deposited in this manner has problems with durability and may cause surface cracks and cracks.
In addition, factory production increases costs and there are problems such as damage during transportation, so there is a high possibility that construction will be limited to on-site construction. Furthermore, since the rust prevention effect cannot be expected,
Separate surface treatment of the steel material (including wire lath) is required, which inevitably complicates the production process.

Directly applied to the surface of the steel base material (spraying, etc.) without using lath.
It is possible to obtain sufficient adhesion (adhesiveness) even if the adhesive is used.

This will ensure a deep and beautiful texture that matches the character of the person.

It can prevent damage such as cracking and peeling as well as corrosion of the steel base material over a long period of time, and can achieve excellent durability.

Surface polishing with shot blasting or abrasive paper, treatment with pickling or alkaline solutions, roughness adjustment of the steel base material surface by anodizing treatment, etc., or primer coating treatment is carried out, and anti-corrosion treatments include aluminizing, galvanizing, Zinc alloy plating, aluminum spraying, etc. are possible. What is indicated by 2 in FIG. 1 is an anti-corrosion treatment layer.

調整の併用は必要でない。 Among the base treatments, at least one type of treatment for forming the base must be performed, but anticorrosion treatment may be performed as necessary. There are no particular conditions regarding the combination of treatments, and the combination may be selected as appropriate, taking into account the required performance (adhesion of the coating layer, corrosion resistance, etc.). It is also a good idea to perform surface roughness adjustment when necessary. This is because, in addition to contributing to the improvement of adhesion between the original steel material and the PCM layer, the primer treatment film can also be expected to have the effect of preventing moisture that enters through the PCM layer from reaching the steel base material surface. This is because its waterproof effect also effectively prevents rust from forming on the surface of the steel base material. Note that primer treatment does not necessarily need to be used in combination with surface roughness adjustment if good adhesion can be ensured by itself.

This coating is thin, about 2 to 5 μm, and porous, so its corrosion resistance cannot be said to be sufficient. However, when this is subjected to chromate treatment or phosphate treatment, the coating is impregnated with the chromate or phosphate treatment agent, and the corrosion resistance is dramatically improved. This is called Z-S processing.

The idea is to add a high level of design (uneven pattern) to the surface.

That is, if the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, sufficient strength of the PCM layer cannot be obtained, and cracking, peeling, etc. may occur. Moreover, if the thickness exceeds 5 mm, it will be necessary to apply (spray) 2 to 3 times in order to maintain the homogeneity of the PCM layer, which will increase the cost.

The unevenness of the surface of the layer changes depending on the type of gun used, so it is only necessary to select and use an appropriate one from the above according to the design requirements. .

The uneven shape that appears on the surface itself is provided by the PCM layer as an inner layer, but the external design is determined by the uneven shape, together with the color tone and texture of this coating film. Even if the paint itself is a known one, by applying it to the uneven surface and combining it with it, a new design with depth is created.

る。 The uneven shape of the inner layer made of PCM appears on the surface, giving the texture a deep expression and a soft feel in the hand. Therefore, it is well suited for parks and residences where conventional steel guard fences are unsuitable due to their inorganic design, and can be expected to contribute to expanding sales channels for steel guard fences. It is.

The PCM inner layer has high resistance to water permeation, etc., and has the effect of preventing peeling of the coating layer over a long period of time.

Combined with this effect, extremely good durability is exhibited as a result.

The paint film disappears, rust prevention ability disappears or decreases, and rust occurs early. However, if PCM is coated on top of the plating layer, for example, the highly durable PCM will protect the underlying plating layer. This will provide long-term rust prevention effect.
