閉扉を螺着し、此の開閉扉の内方へパネル止金具
を夫々固着し、此の両金具間へ直線バネを装着し
た考案が、例へば実公昭35−29458号実用新案公
報に記載してある。亦、テレビの反射鏡折畳装置
に於て、反射鏡支持板と機箱との間に、一部に密
着巻部分を有する不等ピツチコイルスプリングを
張設した考案の例が、例えば実願昭55−4051号
(実開昭56−108114号)の願書に添付した明細書
及び図面に記載されている。

円形に属し、結局前記2例と同様に、コンパクト
にする事が困難であるから、前記見付面の幅を狭
める設計目的には適さない。

(考案の構成、問題点を解決する為の手段) 以下、本考案の構成を図面に示した実施例に依

好く、全体として折曲した針金状又はリボン状の
バネ体として形成する。次に9は支持体2の一側
面からバネ端保持穴5へ挿入した目抜として止金
で、9aはアーム兼用バネ8のバネ端8aの止着
凹部で、支持体2の端面4からバネ端保持穴5へ
差込んだバネ端8aの折曲部が止着凹部9aに露
出した状態で、一側面から角形の目抜状の上記止
金9を挿入しバネ端8aを支持体2へ止着する。

衝撃を受けても容易に破損したり外れたりしない
様、強固に圧着、熔接等の手段に依つて固着する
か、鋼棒の場合には長短適宜の雄ネジを切つた鋼
棒へ雌ネジを切つて螺着すれば窓の開放角度を螺
着位置に依つて変えられる様にする事もでき、規
制部材10全体としては、前記した細幅のアーム
兼用バネ8の細幅の厚みに合せた細い径の棒状体
として形成し、両者は全体として細幅の薄型に形
成する。次に第2図aは本考案のアームAを外倒
窓へ施工した一例の要部の側面図であり、第2図
bは後記のアームガイド16又は23a及び固定
板21を一部を断面で示し、窓障子C及び窓の外
枠Bを省略した正面図で、Oは建物外部側、Iは

つて固着したアームガイドで、竪框15の長手方
向に沿つて長く、横断面が形で細幅の金属筐体

が中高の〓形で中高部分の外面へ支持体1の端部
を当て、裏側から枢着ピン22を挿入し、先端部
を支持体1の枢着穴3aに於て固着し、更に固着
片21aに依つて固定板21を竪枠12へ固定す
る事に依り、アームAを枢着ピン22の位置に於
て竪枠12に対し回動自在とする。次に第3図は
第1図a及びbに示した本考案の実施例のアーム
Aを内側窓に施工した一例の要部の側面図であ

の両端に固着した止着金具11は接合状態に在る
が、更に第5図aに近付くと両者の接合は分離
し、止着金具11は次第に支持台6から離れる事
に成る。尚、其の際、図示の場合は支持体1,2
から止着金具11が均等に離れた状態で画いてあ
るが、場合に依つては不均等に成る事も勿論有
り、他に支持体1の支持台6の下方の止着金具1
1を熔接等に依つて固着して置いた場合には、両
者の分離は上方の止着金具11と支持体2の支持
台6との間のみで起こる。亦、第4図に示すワイ
ヤWに依り窓障子Cの閉鎖をする際は、操作ハン
ドル24を回動させる事に依り窓障子Cに固着し
た誘導ローラR及び外枠B其の他壁体等に配設し
た誘導ローラRに依つてワイヤWが窓障子Cの閉
操作に伴う操作力を受けてアーム兼用バネを圧縮
し乍ら窓障子Cを閉鎖する。亦、第3図に示した
内倒窓の場合も窓障子Cが建物内部側に開き出す
点を除き其の作用は第2図aに示す外倒窓の場合
と仝様である。

ム兼用バネ8は、規制部材10を配備してあるの
で従来の様な直線バネのみのものと比較すると、
其の作動の方向性が正確で安定して伸縮し、且、
アームAが窓の開閉の際、窓障子Cの竪框外側と
窓の外枠Bの竪枠12との間へ体裁良く収納され
ていて、非常の際の排煙の為の開放時以外は見え
ないから、インテリヤの面からもすつきりとした
良好さを示す事が出来る。而して、本考案に依れ
ば構成する部品数も少く、亦、構造が比較的簡単
で、併も外倒窓、内倒窓の双方の種類に共通して
装着し適用する事が可能なので、製品の生産面で
もコストの合理化を為し得て有利である他、単純
な材料及び構造から成るストツパーは機能に優れ
ている点では構造が複雑で生産及び組立の面倒な
小孔付のピストンを内装したシリンダーから成る
空気ダンパーに劣らぬ反面、価格的には問題に成
らない位安価であり、且、耐久性にも富んでい
る。更に本考案の蹴出アーム付排煙窓のアーム
は、両端に配置した一対の細幅の支持体1,2
と、両端を細幅の支持体1,2へ装着し中心線を
直線状に保持し、細幅の支持体1,2の細幅の厚
み内に於て上下に折曲した、細幅で波形(コルゲ
ート状)のバネ材から成るアーム兼用バネと、中
心線を直線状に保持したアーム兼用バネの長手方
向の一側に並設し、支持体1,2に端部を遊嵌し
た棒状の規制部材とを、全体として細幅の薄型に
形成してある。その為、本考案によれば、蹴出ア
ームを取付ける窓の外枠と障子の竪框との間の間

果、明かり取用の障子のガラス面積を広くでき、
採光上有利である他、上記見付面の幅が狭い事に
より、窓のデザインとしても外観の良好な蹴出ア
