力光を前記拡散板に向けて反射させる反射面を有
する反射体と、を備える反射式面発光装置であつ
て、 前記蛍光管の内部に形成される蛍光体層の前記
拡散板に対向する部位に、前記出力光を減衰させ
る減光体層を所定角度幅分形成することを特徴と
