第１図は本考案に係る電線通電具の斜視図、第
２図は圧着金具部分の斜視図、第３図は被覆電線
接続前の状態を示す断面図、第４図は第３図にお
ける−線に沿つた断面図、第５図は被覆電線
を接続して蓋体を閉じた状態を示す断面図、第６
図は第５図における−線に沿つた断面図、第
７図は第５図における−線に沿つた断面図で
ある。 図中１はハウジング、２は挿入孔、３は開口部
、４は圧着金具、４ａは圧着部、５は蓋体、５ａ
は蓋体の延設片、６はヒンジ部、７は係合段部、
８は係合部、Ｋは被覆電線である。
２図は圧着金具部分の斜視図、第３図は被覆電線
接続前の状態を示す断面図、第４図は第３図にお
ける−線に沿つた断面図、第５図は被覆電線
を接続して蓋体を閉じた状態を示す断面図、第６
図は第５図における−線に沿つた断面図、第
７図は第５図における−線に沿つた断面図で
ある。 図中１はハウジング、２は挿入孔、３は開口部
、４は圧着金具、４ａは圧着部、５は蓋体、５ａ
は蓋体の延設片、６はヒンジ部、７は係合段部、
８は係合部、Ｋは被覆電線である。
Claims (1)
- 相対する両端部に被覆電線Ｋを挿入するための
挿入孔２，２を有する非導電性のハウジング１と
、このハウジング１の上面に形成された開口部３
から前記挿入孔２，２に向かつて押し込まれる導
電性の圧着金具４とを含み、前記圧着金具４は前
記挿入孔２，２に押し込まれた時に前記被覆電線
の周面に圧着してその被覆を引き破つて電気的に
接続する圧着部４ａ，４ａを備えている電線通電
具であつて、前記ハウジング１の上端一縁部から
ハウジング上面を覆う蓋体５がヒンジ部６を介し
て連設されており、この蓋体５の先端が更に延設
されてその延設片５ａの先端にハウジング１の下
縁に形成された係合段部７に係合する係合部８が
形成されており、これにより前記圧着金具４の反
力によつて受ける蓋体５の開こうとする力が前記
係合段部７に対して垂直で上向きの方向に作用す
るように形成されている電線通電具。
