Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上型及び下型の対と、加熱部とを有する半
    導体装置の樹脂封止装置であつて、 対をなす上型及び下型は、帯状に連続するリー
    ドフレームの位置決め孔にピンを差込み位置決め
    して型締めさせ、該リードフレーム上の半導体装
    置の周囲に樹脂充填用キヤビテイを形成させるも
    のであり、 加熱部は、前記対をなす上型及び下型の前段位
    置に設置し、該型に搬入されるリードフレームを
    加熱して熱膨張させリードフレームの位置決め孔
    のピンに対する位置を補正させるものであること
    を特徴とする半導体装置の樹脂封止装置。 (2) 前記加熱部は、ヒータで加熱させるヒータ
    ブロツクにて構成されたものであることを特徴と
    する請求項第(1)項記載の半導体装置の樹脂封止
    装置。 (3) 前記加熱部は、リードフレームに熱風を吹
    付けて加熱させるブロアーにて構成されたもので
    あることを特徴とする請求項第(1)項記載の半導
    体装置の樹脂封止装置。
