Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ｐ型鉄珪化物体およびｎ型鉄珪化物体とを
Ｕ字形に接合してなる熱電素子において、 上記ｐ型鉄珪化物体とｎ型鉄珪化物体の接合部
を含む加熱部を除いて上記ｐ型鉄珪化物体および
ｎ型鉄珪化物体を共に絶縁性不定形耐火物で一体
的に被覆してなることを特徴とする熱電素子。 (2) 上記ｐ型鉄珪化物体と電極板の接合部およ
びｎ型鉄珪化物体と電極板の接合部を含めて上記
絶縁不定形耐火物で同時に一体的に被覆してなる
ことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の熱電素子。
