- マイクロストリツプ線路上に構成され、一端が
接地された第１の抵抗と、一端が接地された第２
の抵抗と、一端が上記第１の抵抗の他の一端に接
続され、他の一端が上記第２の抵抗の他の一端に
接続された所定の電気長を有する主線路とを備え
た減衰器において、抵抗部分を抵抗材料で埋めた
ビアホールを使つて構成したことを特徴とする減
衰器。
