光状態と同等な状態にする強制入光手段および前
記受光アンプを強制的に前記受光素子への非入光
状態と同等な状態にする強制遮光手段と、 前記受光アンプが前記受光素子への入光状態に
あるか非入光状態にあるかに応じてその逆となる
ように前記強制入光手段または強制遮光手段を動
作させるチエツク手段と、 このチエツク手段の作動に応じて前記判定手段
の出力が反転するか否かに基づいて異常を検出す
る異常検出手段と、 前記非検出物体の検出動作の実行中において前
記チエツク手段を周期的に作動させるタイマ手段
と、 前記チエツク手段の作動後にその作動時とは逆
である前記強制入光手段または強制遮光手段を動
作させることにより前記判定手段におけるヒステ
リシス状態を前記チエツク手段の作動前の状態に
戻すヒステリシス復帰手段とを具備してなる光電
スイツチ。 2 判定手段は積分動作を行つて積分レベルが所
