The structures shown in the figures and FIG. 14 are known. In this known LED lamp, 1 is a cylindrical lamp body, a base 2 is attached to one end of the lamp body, and a front lens 3 is attached to the other end. Inside the lamp body 1, a plurality of single LEDs 5a that emit red light and an LED 5b that emit yellow light are attached to a printed circuit board 4, and the printed circuit board 4 has a plurality of single LEDs 5a and 5b that emit yellow light.
The configuration is such that power is supplied from the terminal via a wiring 6 and a series resistor 7.

The lead frame must be inserted and soldered one by one, and when the number of LEDs increases, this work becomes extremely troublesome and there is a problem in that it is easy to make mistakes in the arrangement to create mixed colors.
Also, since each single LED is installed individually,
Another problem is that adjusting the optical axis of each individual LED is troublesome.

In order to facilitate understanding, the same parts as in the conventional example will be described with the same reference numerals. In FIG. 1, 1 is a cylindrical lamp body, a base 2 is attached to one end of the lamp body, and a front lens 3 is attached to the other end. A printed circuit board 4 is disposed within the lamp body 1, and the configuration in which a wiring 6 and a series resistor 7 for supplying power to the printed circuit board 4 are connected is the same as in the conventional example.

のである。 The feature of this invention is that instead of a single LED being attached to the printed circuit board 4,
The point is that a unit 8 in which a plurality of LEDs are combined in advance is attached. That is, the unit 8 can be formed into various shapes, but for example, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, it is formed into a substantially fan shape when viewed from the front.
Arrange multiple LEDs to form one unit.
In this case, a fan-shaped capsule 9 is formed, and a combination of, for example, a red LED 5a, a yellow LED 5b, a green LED 5c, and an orange LED 5d are housed in the capsule.
The frame 10 of the LED extends through the bottom 11 of the capsule 9. Each LED is housed so as to protrude by a predetermined length A from the upper edge of the capsule 9 so as not to impair the straightness of the emitted light color, and the inside of the capsule is made of transparent material such as epoxy resin or colored with an appropriate color. Each LED filled with compound 12 and attached is fixed to form one unit 8. By combining a plurality of LEDs into one unit in advance in this manner, it is possible to avoid mistakes in the arrangement when mounting the LEDs on the printed circuit board 4.

A unit 8 is formed by appropriately combining them. In other examples, a long capsule 9b, a triangular capsule 9c, and a circular capsule 9d are shown, and the interior contains appropriate parts.
LEDs are installed in combination.

A to 5d are attached to a printed circuit board 14, then housed in a capsule 9x and fixed with a transparent or colored compound 12 to form a unit. In this case, since the printed circuit board 14 is used, the plurality of attached LEDs 5a to 5d are connected in series as shown in FIG. 12, and only two lead frames 10 are taken out from the printed circuit board 14. This simplifies the soldering work when attaching the unit 8a to the printed circuit board 4 disposed inside the lamp body 1.

~5d in one capsule and integrated with the compound 12, the light emitted from each adjacent LED in the horizontal direction via the compound is mixed with each other and taken out, and the entire unit 8 is As a result, light can now be emitted from the ground, increasing the utilization of light.

Since the configuration is such that only the required number of LEDs can be attached to the printed circuit board installed inside, single LEDs can be used to create mixed colors.
This has an excellent effect in that assembly and wiring work can be performed extremely easily without the need for arranging the LEDs incorrectly or adjusting the optical axis of a single LED.
