[Prior Art] Wood is often used as a base material in conventional decorative laminates, but there has been a change from decorative laminates with flash processed base materials made by partially pasting wooden members to decorative laminates with solid core materials. It's coming. This is based on the demand for higher quality decorative boards and diversification of sizes, and a typical example is quick step processing (a process in which chip material of particle board or medium-specific gravity fiberboard is hardened by heat pressing using a urea resin adhesive to create a decorative board. There is a decorative board made by (manufacturing boards). This decorative board always requires decoration on both ends of the decorative board depending on the purpose of use.For example, it is common to perform decoration on the ends using a separate member or part, such as edge band processing or lamination of molding material. be. However, it is difficult to obtain a decorative board with a sense of unity using decorative paper on both sides.

On the other hand, although it is one-sided, relatively thick decorative paper such as vinyl chloride resin is used, cut to leave a thin layer of the base material on the back side of the decorative paper, and then glued to the edge of the decorative board. There is a makeup method in which the paper is folded and pasted to cover it or it is rolled up to both sides, or a makeup method in which a single-sided decorative paper is made longer than the base material and pasted on the edge of the base material or rolled up to the end of the back side. Publication No. 49-30454, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 59-114

However, the above-mentioned decorative method uses decorative paper on only one side, and when relatively thick decorative paper is used, it is difficult to provide a decorative board that meets the demand for high-quality decorative paper that has an almost endless sense of unity with the decorative paper on both sides. is difficult.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As described in the prior art, in a makeup method that leaves a thin layer of base material at a constant thickness on the back side of decorative paper, the decorative paper with a thin layer of base material is folded at a steep angle. Bending tends to cause the thin base layer to break, and the cut shape of the edges makes manufacturing difficult. In addition, by this method, decorative paper is pasted on both sides, and a gap is created at the joint between the two decorative papers by the thickness of the thin layer of the remaining base material, making it difficult to obtain a nearly endless sense of unity. On the other hand, if the decorative paper is made longer than the base material and decorated to cover the edges, there will be problems with adhesion at the rough chip part like the particle board used as the base material, and unevenness will occur on the decorated edge surface. It is difficult to meet the demands for a decorative board that is easy to clean and has a high-class feel. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a method for decorating the ends of a decorative board in which both ends of the decorative board are provided with a new decoration.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems, and when the plate-like base material according to the present invention is a particle board subjected to quick step processing, and in the decorative paper, vinyl chloride is used. Both ends of the decorative board, which is made by laminating decorative paper made of tissue paper (decorative paper made of thin paper overcoated with urethane resin or amino resin) that cannot be rolled up like decorative materials, are attached to the back side of the front surface. A thin layer of base material remains on the side of the end of the decorative paper on the back. The base material is cut with an incline with a different thickness so that it becomes thinner toward the edges, and then pasted with adhesive to cover the base material. It is characterized by joining the end surfaces of the surface decorative paper.

[0006] The core material of the plate-like base material used in the present invention is particle board, and this particle board is usually made of rough chips as a core and fine chips bonded to both sides with heat and pressure using a urea adhesive. The edges of the decorative board with the decorative paper pasted are cut using a cutting blade that can obtain the desired shape, and the thickness is sloped so that the closer it gets to the side of the edge, the thinner it is. The decorative paper is cut to leave a gentle slope, the back side of the decorative paper is pasted to the base material, and the edges of the front decorative paper and the back decorative paper are closely bonded to create a decorative board with a sense of continuity and unity. Obtainable.

[Function] As mentioned above, when adhering decorative paper with a thin layer of base material to the base material, a small cavity is created at the deepest part of the cut, but the base material has a hilly shape with a gentle slope. The thin layer of chemical paper with a slight angular difference in thickness creates a strong adhesion that is not affected by external pressure or impact, and also prevents unevenness on the adhesion surface. Due to this action, flexible edge processing, that is, joining of front and back decorative papers can be easily performed.
