In order to reduce
The transmitted image formed by the radiation dose is amplified in brightness by an image intensifier, the image is observed on a television monitor, and when the image displayed on the television monitor is the desired one, it is transmitted from the television monitor to an X-ray film camera. Devices that take pictures by switching are widely used.

In the conventional example described above, in order to shorten the distance l between the floor surface and the support stand 1, the film exchange back cover 7a and the support stand 1 are
This has the disadvantage that the space between the two becomes narrower, making it difficult to load and replace the film. In order to improve this drawback, when attaching the X-ray film camera 7 to the light distributor 4, it is necessary to remove the film exchange back cover 7a.
may be directed downward in FIG. 7, but as mentioned above, the distance l between the floor and the support base 1 must be long, and the patient S can be raised and lowered and the X-ray technician can
It becomes an obstacle when adjusting the body position. Therefore, at present, it is necessary to remove the photographing camera 7 from the light distributor 4 every time the film is replaced.

FIG. The rotation shaft 10a of the lever 10 is connected to the lens barrel portion 6.
The two clamping ends 13 of the clamping member 13 provided in
a, 13b, and the tightening member 1
A cylindrical portion 14 on the photographing camera 7 side is fitted into the inside of the cylindrical portion 3 . Note that the clamping member 13 and the cylindrical portion 14 are able to rotate freely relative to each other when no clamping force is applied to the clamping member 13, but even in that case, accidental rotation cannot occur. To prevent this, considerable frictional resistance is applied to its rotation. Further, a protruding pin 15 operated by a spring is provided as a positioning mechanism 11 on the photographing camera 7 side.
This pin 15 is designed to fit into pin holes 16a and 16b provided in the tightening member 13, respectively. Further, the pin 15 is provided with a pin lever 15a, and the pin 1 is operated by operating the pin lever 15a.
5 can be pulled out from the pin holes 16a, 16b.

Thus, the cylindrical portion 14 is in a tightened state. In order to rotate the X-ray film camera 7 as shown in FIG. 3 in order to change the film, the pin 15 is lifted upward by the pin lever 15a and pulled out from the pin hole 16a, and the lever 10 is rotated. Moving tightening end 1
When the gap d between the slotted parts 3a and 13b is widened and the tightening member 13 is loosened, the photographing camera 7 can be attached to the lens barrel part 6.
It can be rotated against. Shooting camera 7
When the photographing camera 7 is turned 90 degrees and directed to a predetermined position, the pin 15 enters the pin hole 16b by the force of the spring. Then, rotate the lever 10 and tighten the tightening member 1.
3 to tighten the cylindrical portion 14 on the photographing camera 7 side. In this state, as shown in FIG. 1, the back cover 7a of the photographing camera 7 faces toward a wider space, so that film can be easily loaded and replaced. Then, in order to use it again for shooting, move the shooting camera 7 in the reverse order and move it to the second position.
It may be oriented as shown in the figure.
