Recognizing its superiority, we have been developing deodorizing and freshness preservatives using it. More specifically, the applicant first mixed the above-mentioned ferrous sulfate powder and sodium bicarbonate powder in a synthetic resin material, made the necessary particle size adjustment, heated and kneaded them, and then subjected to inflation. The present invention has provided an invention of a packaging film having deodorizing and freshness preservation functions, which is formed into a film by a method such as a method, and has put it into practical use.

According to the above-mentioned prior art, it has the advantage of being able to remove the odor of the packaged object while being used for packaging the object, thereby preserving the freshness of the object for a long time. However, it has the following problems. It was also true that there was. The main problem is that sodium bicarbonate itself generates a large amount of gas when heated and kneaded, making it difficult to form it into a film. For this reason, according to research conducted by the present applicant, it was necessary to mix other substances that reduce the amount of gas generated in order to make it easier to form into a film. The place is
This drawback is a drawback in the case of forming into a film, and is not necessarily an absolute drawback, and it has been found that this drawback can be turned into an advantage by doing the following.

Deodorizing with extremely high specific surface area for adsorption, resulting in extremely high adsorption efficiency and excellent freshness retention performance.
To provide preservatives. In short, the present applicant has been engaged in research into film production for a long time, and aims to provide a deodorizing and preservative that takes advantage of the large amount of gas generated by sodium bicarbonate, which was considered to be a drawback. It is something.

With the above structure, the pellet-like or bead-like solid piece structure itself has high porosity. Therefore, the degree of penetration and contact of odor with this molded solid piece is extremely high, and the adsorption performance is high. As a result, odor gases are removed with high efficiency, and it exhibits good properties for maintaining freshness. In addition, since it is in the form of a solid piece, it is easy to handle because it can be simply thrown into a place where it is to be deodorized or kept fresh, and there is no need to wrap it in packaging material.

For this reason, the degree of penetration and contact of odor with this solid piece increases due to its high specific surface area. As a result, the degree of concentration of odor on the surface increases, the adsorption performance improves, and the deodorizing ability increases. This also helps maintain freshness.
