。[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1 Seawater ballast tanks are provided on both sides of the ship's side shell plating, cargo oil tanks are provided inside the ballast tanks on both sides, and the cargo oil tanks are located at a position lower than the waterline of the oil tanker. The upper and lower cargo oil tanks are divided into upper and lower parts by horizontal oil-tight bulkheads, and the liquid cargo in the upper tank is handled by a free-flow pipe that penetrates the horizontal oil-tight bulkhead, making it possible to load the lower cargo tank to almost full capacity during loading. A free flow device for upper and lower oil tanks, which is characterized by eliminating free surface effects caused by cargo liquid in the lower oil tank. 2. An overflow pipe device for cargo oil, characterized in that the thermal expansion of the cargo oil in the lower cargo oil tank, which is filled with cargo liquid to almost full capacity, can be transferred to the upper cargo oil tank.
