Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 飲料が充填された容器の開口部に装着する
飲料容器用キヤツプにおいて、前記容器の開口部
に密着される面を有し、かつ容器内に連通する貫
通孔が形成されたキヤツプ本体と、該キヤツプ本
体の上面に前記貫通孔を内側にして取付けられ、
吸飲孔が設けられた可撓性の吸口部と、前記キヤ
ツプ本体の下面に設けられ、前記容器の開口部に
装着した際に該開口部を密閉しているシール部材
を破る突起部と、前記キヤツプ本体の下面に設け
られ、前記容器の開口部外周に密着係合する係止
部とを具備する飲料容器用キヤツプ。 (2) キヤツプ本体の上面に縮小させた吸口部が
被覆部材により覆われていることを特徴とする請
求項１記載の飲料容器用キヤツプ。
