Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate execution of works and increase the strength by installing PC slabs with a horizontal slab body in conjugation on one side over a curbstone part, and arranging them and sucuring at/to the desired part on a bridge with the aid of props. CONSTITUTION:PC slabs 1 for a pedestrian path on a bridge are formed in prestressed concrete structure, wherein a slab body 3 is provided conjugately on one side over the curbstone part 2 horizontally. A metal fixture 6 is furnished at a left and a right edge of this body 3, and an assistant prop 9 with elevation/sinking adjustability is installed on the undersurface of the body 3. Rubber sheets 10 are placed in line on a ground covering side receptacle table of the bridge, and thereover those slabs 1 are laid in the condition that the end of the body 3 is placed and secured. The height of the prop 9 is adjusted, and its bottom is put in tight contact with the bridge surface, and the slabs 1 are joined together by the abovementioned metal fixtures 6. The gaps between the slabs 1 are stopped up by pressure with a backup material and filled with mortar, and asphalt 11 paving is applied over the slabs 1. This arrangement enables increasing the strength, reducing the weight, facilitating execution of works, shortening the construction term, and performing easy repair partially and burying of additional cable, etc.

[Prior art] Conventional on-site hollow concrete construction methods include burying foamed resin boards and hollowing them out, burying plywood formwork and hollowing them out, burying lightweight blocks, and burying widening pipes. There are various methods such as hollowing out the material using a foam board, but the most common method is to bury it in a foamed resin board. In this case, the foamed resin board conforms to "JIS A
9511 Foam Polystyrene Heat Insulating Board No. 1" is used.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The prior art described above has the following problems. 1. Because it is cast-in-place concrete, the construction period is long and quality control is difficult. 2. Because the filling material is lightweight, it is difficult to position it in concrete that has not yet hardened. 3. It is not possible to meet the request to further reduce the weight of the bridge walkway. The present application has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to provide a device that can do the following. The rank of the bridge (main girder) may be reduced by shortening the construction period and hollowing out, which is economical and allows for repairs and maintenance even after construction.
It is easy to maintain, perform additional work, and bury cables, etc. in hollow holes, so it will produce overall economic effects.

[0011] Next, the process of laying the bridge sidewalk PC deck slab 1 of the present invention will be explained in order. First step: When widening or newly constructing a sidewalk on a bridge, a pedestal is provided on the ground side at a location where it is desired to install the bridge sidewalk PC floor slab 1, and rubber plates 10 are laid out. Second step The height of the curb stone section 2 is finely adjusted using dry mortar (cement and sand that does not contain water) at the location where the curb stone section 2 is installed. Third step: Align the anchor bolts on the ground side with the holes in the slab body and attach the slab body. Fourth step: Extend the auxiliary support column to the required length. Adjust the round steel at the top of the auxiliary support by rotating it with a pipe wrench. Step 5: Stretch the rubber plate 10 pasted under the auxiliary support column until it comes into close contact with the bridge body. 6th Step A backup material (sponge, styrofoam, etc.) is pushed between the floor slabs and mortar is injected. This is for waterproofing. Seventh step: Pave the deck slab with asphalt 11.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it produces the following effects. 1. Since the construction period can be shortened, costs can be reduced. In other words, by prefabricating it in a factory, the sidewalk portion does not need to be made of cast-in-place concrete. In this point,
If the sidewalk is made of cast-in-place concrete, it will take several weeks to cure. 2. Bridges can be made smaller. In other words, by using prestressed concrete, the strength of the members is high and the walkway portion can be made thinner. Moreover, since it is light, the bridge can be made smaller. 3. Easy to repair. That is, since it is formed by combining small parts, it is easy to handle and only the damaged part can be replaced. 4. Maintenance is easy. That is, it is durable because it uses high-strength materials. The aforementioned repairs are easy. 5. Additional construction is easy. In other words, when you want to add a sidewalk on the other side of a bridge, it is easy to install the floor slab, so it is a small-scale construction project. 6. It can be buried underground and can be easily added. That is, since the pavement (slab) itself can be easily removed and installed, it is easy to add cables and the like buried under the pavement (hollowed portion). Items to be buried under sidewalks include communication cables, power transmission lines, and water pipes. 7. Safety is improved through optimal design. In other words, with current construction methods, when a truck lands on the sidewalk, the pavement may cave in.
