Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 一対のコイルを直列接続してなる変位センサ
で回転軸の変位が検出される磁気軸受と、 上記磁気軸受へ所定長さのケーブルをもつて接
続されるとともに、このケーブルを介して上記変
位センサと接続したコンデンサよりなる共振回路
と、この共振回路へキヤリア信号を印加する発振
回路と、上記のような印加によつてコイル接続点
より出力された変位信号を位置信号に変換する位
置検出回路とを備えてなる中継ボツクスと、 上記中継ボツクスへ任意長さのケーブルをもつ
て接続されるとともに、そのケーブルを介して出
力される上記位置信号に基き、上記磁気軸受の電
磁石を励磁して、回転軸を所定の位置に保持制御
する制御回路を備えた制御ボツクスと、 からなることを特徴とする磁気軸受装置。 ２ 磁気軸受と中継ボツクスとを一体に設け、共
振回路のコンデンサと変位センサを直接に接続し
たことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の磁気軸受装
置。
