Claims (1)
- 磁性材料で形成されたドライブメンバと、磁性
材料で形成され上記ドライブメンバと空隙をもつ
て対向されたドリブメンバと、上記空隙内に充填
された磁性粒子と、この磁性粒子を磁化して上記
ドライブメンバと上記ドリブメンバ間を動力的に
連結させる励磁コイルと、上記ドライブメンバお
よび上記ドリブメンバにそれぞれ連結され少なく
とも一方が中空状に形成された二つの軸体と、こ
の二つの軸体のうちの中空状の軸体の外周面に固
着されトルクによる歪に応じて透磁率が変化する
磁性層と、この磁性層の透磁率の変化を磁気的イ
ンピーダンスの変化として検出する検出コイルと
を備えた磁性粒子式電磁連結装置。
