狭い角度に規制されるためカーブを通過する際そ
の回転半径が小さいと通過できないことがあるこ

先端を持上げてほゞ水平にし、先端が地面でつか
えて移動の支障となることがないようにいている
が、ずり積み機2の後方に長く伸びる後側部が運
搬車両に嵌まつた状態となつているため運搬車両
3に対する本体1の回動範囲が第2図に示すよう
に狭い範囲αに規制されることで、回転半径の小
さなカーブでは本体後端が運搬車両側壁につか
え、そのためカーブを通過することができないこ
とである。そこで従来はカーブの通過に支障を生
ずるとき、ずり積み機と運搬車両を連結するロツ
ドを外したのち運搬車両後方に連結したバツテリ
ーロコ等の牽引車により運搬車両を移動させてい
るが、ずり積み作業時にはずり積み機の前進に伴
い運搬車両も前進するように、ことにシヤトルカ
ーのようにコンベア端より落下するずりを常にシ
ヤトルカーの所定の箇所に積み込む必要のある場
合、両者を再度連結させる必要があるためカーブ
の通過に支障を生ずる都度ロツドの取外し或いは
ロツドによる連結作業を行わねばならなくなり、
しかもこの連結作業には位置合せが必要で、該作
業をより困難にしている。そのうえずり積み機と
運搬車両との間に作業者が挟まれることによつて
生ずる事故のおそれもあり、また牽引車も必要で
ある。
