Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 薬液容器に配置された吸上げ芯の周囲に、
電気加熱式のリング状ヒータが配置されてなる液
体加熱蒸散器において、前記リング状ヒータ部を
覆うカバーと、前記薬液容器を保持する底板とが
分離空隙を有する構造体であることを特徴とする
液体加熱蒸散器。 (2) 前記カバーが薬液容器の上部で保持され、
且つ前記カバーと前記底板とが支柱によつて連結
されてなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の液体加熱蒸散器。
