【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】この発明は蓋の取り付け構造に関
し、主に街灯の支柱にメインテナンス用に設けられた開
口部に取り付けられる蓋の取り付け構造に適用される。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】一般に、街灯の支柱にはメインテナンス
用の開口部（以下検め口という）が設けられ、検め口に
は蓋が取り付けられている。従来、この種の蓋はボルト
止めすることによって取り付けられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、検め口の蓋を
ボルト止めによって取り付けると蓋の取り付け、取り外
しが面倒である。また、街灯は風雨にさらされるため、
表面には塗装が施されているが、繰り返し蓋を取り外す
ちに、表面の塗装が剥離するおそれがある。
【０００４】この発明はこのような前記従来の課題を解
消するために提案されたもので、ワンタッチで取り付け
および取り外しが可能な蓋の取り付け構造を提供するこ
とを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
にこの発明にかかる蓋の取り付け構造は、検め口若しく
は当該検め口に取り付けられる蓋のうちの一方に、複数
本の受け棒を取り付け、他方に前記受け棒を挟み付ける
ような複数のクリップを設けてなる。

【実施例】以下、この発明を図示する一実施例に基づい
て説明すると、図１および図２において街灯の支柱１に
検め口２が設けられ、当該検め口２に蓋３が取り付けら
れている。検め口２はやや縦長の長方形状に形成され、
その内側に複数本の受け棒４，４　が上下方向に一定間
隔離して水平に取り付けられている。受け棒４には丸棒
が使用され、また、受け棒４は左右両端部を検め口２の
周縁部の内側に溶接などすることにより取り付けられて
いる。
【０００７】蓋３は検め口２より一回り大きい縦長の長
方形状に形成され、当該蓋３の内側に複数個のクリップ
５，５　が取り付けられている。
【０００８】クリップ５には上下二股に突出するクリッ
プ片５ａ，５ａ　形成され、当該クリップ片５ａ，５ａ
　は半円形状に形成されている。また、クリップ片５ａ
，５ａ　は全体に板ばねになっている。そして、クリッ
プ片５ａ，５ａ　間に受け棒４が強く挟み付けられて、
蓋３が検め口２に着脱自在に取り付けられている。かか
る場合、蓋３は検め口２の周辺部に密着させて取り付け
る必要があるため、検め口２に蓋３を取り付けた状態で
は、受け棒４とクリップ５との位置関係は、図３に図示
するように受け棒４の上限と下限の間Ｌ内に収まるよう
にする必要がある。受け棒４とクリップ５との位置関係
が、この位置関係のときにのみ受け棒４とクリップ５が
引き合い、検め口２の周辺部に蓋３を密着させることが
できる。

【発明の効果】この発明は以上の構成からなるので、以
下の効果を有する。
【００１０】■　　蓋をボルトなどの固定金具を一切使
用しないで、ワンタッチで簡単に取り付けることができ
る。
【００１１】■　　蓋の表面にボルトなどの頭が突出し
ないため、塗装その他の装飾がし易い。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】開口部若しくは当該開口部に取り付けられ
    る蓋のうちの一方に、複数本の受け棒を取り付け、他方
    に前記受け棒を挟み付けるような複数のクリップを設け
    てなることを特徴とする蓋の取り付け構造。
