Claims (1)
- 感光体と感光体に対向する帯電器とを組付けた
ユニツト枠が装置本体に対し感光体の回転軸方向
に着脱される画像形成装置において、帯電器に対
し帯電器の放電ワイヤ等を摺擦して清掃する操作
柄付き清掃部材を落し込んで装着でき、ユニツト
枠の帯電器組付け部分側板間の一部が前記清掃部
材の落し込みを可能にすべく開放されており、且
つ少なくとも一方の側板には前記清掃部材の操作
柄部分が入り込む切欠き溝が設けられていて、ユ
ニツト枠に組付けられた帯電器に清掃部材を落と
し込んだ状態でユニツト枠を装置本体に装着する
と、装置本体と一体的な部分によつて前記切欠き
溝が実質的に閉じられて、前記清掃部材の操作柄
が切欠き溝から外方に抜け出すことを阻止される
ことを特徴とする画像形成装置。
