By significantly raising the temperature inside the greenhouse, we aim to promote crop growth and improve crop cultivation efficiency. In order to distribute this hot air throughout the greenhouse, tubes made of plastic film such as polyethylene are usually used (with or without small holes at appropriate intervals). For example, as shown in FIG. 5 (plan view), a greenhouse is installed and used. To explain this diagram, tube C, which has one end attached to hot air generation source B and is arranged meanderingly or linearly inside house A, is for feeding hot air in the direction of the arrow. The hot air is discharged from a small hole D provided in the tube in stages, and the hot air is fed to the tip of the tube (no prior literature is particularly presented).

するかがハウス栽培上の重要課題である。 In other words, although theoretically speaking, the temperature of the hot air sent through the tube decreases as it approaches the tip of the tube,
Particularly in the case of the above-mentioned polyethylene tube, the temperature of the hot air drops significantly between when it is at the proximal end of the tube (the part where it is attached to the hot air generation source) and when it is at the tip of the tube. Therefore, the temperature inside the house near where the tube base is located is relatively high because the temperature of the hot air itself is sufficiently high.
The growth rate of the crops is also good, but on the other hand, the room temperature inside the greenhouse near the tip of the tube is significantly lower than the temperature inside the greenhouse near the base end because the temperature of the hot air itself is considerably lower. This inevitably causes negative effects such as poor crop growth. As described above, extreme differences in temperature distribution within the greenhouse are not desirable in terms of greenhouse cultivation, and an important issue in greenhouse cultivation is how to achieve a uniform temperature distribution throughout the greenhouse.

We came to the conclusion that this is because there is no function to retain the heat of the warm air inside the tube, and on the contrary, the heat held by the hot air is more likely to be dissipated from the tube wall to the outside.

This hot air blower can deliver warm air with little temperature difference to any place in the house, and can therefore heat the house so that the temperature distribution is almost uniform throughout the house. The idea is to provide a supply tube.

This is formed into a tube shape in which a metal vacuum-deposited layer 3 is provided on one side of a plastic film 2, and the vapor-deposited layer 3 is located on the inner surface of the tube. Reference numeral 5 denotes a heat-sealed portion, which can also serve as a mounting portion 6 for a support member or the like within the house. Further, numeral 4 indicates holes drilled in the tube at appropriate intervals. Although it is not necessary to provide this small hole, it is preferable if the direct effect of hot air supply is expected to be more quickly spread throughout the house. Although not shown, the tip of the tube is usually open, but it may be closed.

The exposed portions 11 of the polyolefin layer on both ears will be used for heat sealing when forming a tube. In this embodiment, it is also preferable that holes 4 are bored at appropriate intervals, and 5 is a heat-sealed part, and this part also serves as a mounting part 6 for a support member in the house. Correspondence) By attaching the tip and arranging it as shown in the diagram, the hot air forced into the tube will pass through the tube, and the hot air will flow through the hole drilled in the tube (corresponding to D in the diagram). The wind is discharged. Since the inner surface of the tube faces the metal vacuum-deposited layer, the hot air that is sent through the tube is sent through the tube without radiating the heat to the outside of the tube due to the heat ray reflection effect.

It turned out to be an energy-saving tube.

きわめて有利である。(1) Since the tube of this invention has a metal vacuum-deposited layer on its inner surface, the presence of the vapor-deposited layer allows the heat rays to be efficiently reflected within the tube and not to be dissipated outside the tube, allowing hot air to be delivered. The temperature of the hot air inside the house is difficult to drop, so there is little difference in the temperature of the hot air between the base end of the tube (the part where it is attached to the hot air fan) and the tip of the tube, and the inside of the house is evenly heated in every corner. This makes it extremely advantageous for cultivation in greenhouses.

Even with the small hole at the tip, hot air is sufficiently discharged, making it possible to more reliably send warm air into the greenhouse.
