Claims (1)
- 挟持部を構成する上ケース１１と下ケース１２
との間に周縁部のフランジ部１４が挟持固定され
るダイアフラム１６であつて、該ダイアフラム１
６は、樹脂製薄膜からなるダイアフラム本体１３
と、このダイアフラム本体１３のうちの少なくと
も前記フランジ部１４に設けたゴムを含浸させた
不織布１５、又は基布とから構成したことを特徴
とするダイアフラム。
