Claims (1)
り開閉される複数のチヤツク爪を設けた旋盤用チ
ヤツクにおいて、上記各チヤツク爪をチヤツク本
体に開閉自在に取付けた親爪と、この親爪のワー
ク把握側に着脱自在に取付けた別体の子爪とで構
成し、上記各親爪にはチヤツクの半径方向に進退
するプツシユピンをそれぞれ装着し、このプツシ
ユピンの前面には上記子爪の後側の嵌合部に後方
から着脱自在に嵌合して子爪の半径方向の移動を
阻止する嵌合部を設け、上記各親爪のワーク把握
側には、各子爪の背面を受ける受面を設け、上記
親爪と子爪の一部には、上記親爪の受面に子爪の
背面が密着している条件で互に係合して、親爪か
らの子爪の前方離脱を阻止する係止部をそれぞれ
設けた旋盤用チヤツク。 (2) 上記各親爪の受面と各子爪の背面を、前端
がワーク把握側寄りとなる斜面とし、各プツシユ
ピンには、プツシユピンと子爪の嵌合部が嵌合し
ている条件において、子爪の背面が親爪の受面に
圧着される方向にプツシユピンを押すバネを装着
