ヤント抵抗、4はゼロクロス検出器、5はアナロ
グ・スイツチ、6はバツテリ・モニタ、7は比較
器、8はバツフア・アンプ、9はトランジスタ、
10はリレーコイル、10−1はリレー接点、1
1はダイオード、12はコンデンサ、13ないし
16は抵抗、17は負荷電圧検出部、18は電流
レベル検出器、19はアナログ・スイツチ、20
