インターフエイス回路の入力電圧とフオトトラン
ジスタのコレクタ側電圧との相関関係を説明する
ための図である。第４図は、従来のインターフエ
イス回路の一例を示す構成図である。第５図は、
第４図に示されたインターフエイス回路の入力電
圧と発光ダイオードを流れる電流との相関関係を
説明するための図である。第６図は、第４図に示
されたインターフエイス回路の入力電圧とフオト
トランジスタのコレクタ側電圧との相関関係を説
明するための図である。
図において、Ｒ１，Ｒ３，Ｒ４は抵抗、ＰＨＣ
はフオトカプラ、Ｄ１は発光ダイオード、Ｔｒ１
はフオトトランジスタ、Ｔｒ２はトランジスタ、
ＺＤはツエナーダイオード、ＶＦは発光ダイオー
ドＤ１の順方向電圧、ＶＺＤはツエナーダイオー
ドＺＤのツエナー電圧、ＶＩＬはハイレベルの入
力電圧範囲およびＶＩＨはローレベルの入力電圧
範囲である。なお、各図中、同一符号は同一また
