電子機器より低圧の前記電池電圧で動作可能な第
2電子機器と、前記各第1、第2電子機器を動作
状態に切換える切換手段と、前記電池電圧を検出
する電圧検出手段と、該電圧検出手段で検出され
た信号にて制御され前記切換手段を切換える制御
回路とを備え、第1電子機器を動作しているとき
に、電圧検出手段にて電池電圧が第1電子機器の
動作電圧以下になつたのが検出されると、制御回
路にて前記切換手段を制御し、第1電子機器を不
動作にし第2電子機器を動作させることを特徴と
