発明が解決しようとする問題点
しかしながら、前者の方法で成型されたものは
重量が重く取扱い上不便が多く、耐火、耐久性に
富み断熱保温効果もあるが、吸水や浸透し易いこ
と、又それに伴う膨張収縮などの問題点がある。
後者の場合は、基材上のセメントおよび石灰のア
ルカリ作用により硬化前にアルミニウム粉末が水
素瓦斯を発生気泡化して、コンクリート内外面に
空洞化を生じて吸水し易く建築用材として使用に

問題点を解決するための手段
この発明は、このような問題点に着目してなさ
れたもので、軽量コンクリート板の如き多孔性の
ものにおいては吸水力が強大であるため、一般建
築用材として使用するときは、施行上軽量である
ため、作業上能率がよいけれども、建築物の使用
者にとつては、コンクリート板に吸水、吸湿作用
のため屋内に収納された物品に損傷を来たすた
め、これを防止するため本発明者は、種々研究の
結果得たるものである。即ち本発明は、軽量気泡
コンクリート板の一部表面にフイラーを混合させ
た合成樹脂接着剤を接着させた接着面に防水性部
材を貼着することにより防水層を形成し、必要に
応じて該防水層の表面に化粧層を一体的に形成す
ることを特徴とする軽量コンクリート板の防水加

作 用
この発明に使用せられる軽量コンクリート板は

ト、石灰内のアルカリ性により硬化前にアルミニ
ウム粉末を発泡ガス化させて組織内外に空洞を生
じて吸水性を有する軽量コンクリート板となる。
そこで、外壁面と一部側面の周面に、フイラーを
入れた接着剤を塗着し、更にその上面に防水層と

発明の効果
従来では軽量コンクリート板には塗料を塗布し
たり或は吹きつけたりしていたが、この方法であ
ると、防水性に乏しくて剥離し易いのでその強度
性を失うの欠点があつた、然るに本発明方法で
は、軽量コンクリート板を利用する表面及び側面
をフイラーを入れた接着剤でコンクリート板の表
面の不陸を修正すると共に接着剤としての機能を
発現せしめて、その上面に不織布を基材とした防
水性部材を強力に接着させて防水層3化粧層4を
形成せしめたものであり、コンクリート板の強度
と防水性を増大し、而かも取扱が極めて容易であ
り、かつ、表面に化粧層4を形成しているので美
