Claims (1)

い粗粒子を分離除去する粗粒分離装置と、上記粗
粒分離装置で粗粒子が分離除去された液体を加熱
蒸発させ液体中に含まれていた粒径の小さい細粒
子を回収する細粒分離装置と、上記細粒分離装置
で蒸発した蒸気を冷却液化させる液化装置とを備
