吐出口４へ分配するためのマニホールド５を有す
るダイＢ２の、前記内面ａとｂ′とをスペーサー
３を介して密着させ、該スペーサー３の厚みに基
づいて前記内面ａとｂにより前記液吐出口４を形
成したダイスを備えた塗布装置。 ２ 液吐出口４の両端部に液吐出口幅制御部材２
０を有する請求項１記載の塗布装置。
