図面はこの考案の実施例を示すもので第１図は
仕訳けホツパーが上方から吐出される製品及びラ
ンナーを受け入れる状態を示し、第２図は非吐出
時に揺動側面板を作動させて、ランナーを下側方
に落下させる体勢になつた状態を示す。第３図は
上記実施例に改良を加えたものを示すものである

Claims (1)
- 多数の小部品を同時に成形する樹脂成形機の製
品取出口に関し混合したまま間歇的に吐出される
製品と、製品から切離されたランナーを分別する
装置において、下方が製品寸法より稍々大きくか
つランナーの寸法より小なるスロツトを持つた長
方形のホツパーを設け、かつ該ホツパーの一側面
を下方が開放するように、上方を丁番により、ま
たエアシリンダーなどの駆動機を備えて揺動可能
に取付けて揺動板を形成し、製品並にランナー吐
出時には該揺動板を閉じた状態にて製品及びラン
ナーを受入れて、下方スロツトより製品のみを下
方に通過させ、非吐出時に前記揺動板を開放し、
揺動板と対向位置にあるホツパーの他の側面の傾
斜を利用して下側方にランナーを落下させて、製
品とランナーを自動的に仕訳けることを特色とし
たホツパー。
