Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent vibration and noises from propagating directly to an apparatus through a fixation plate by fastening by bonding a motor body through a rubber elastic body to the fixation plate to fix the motor to the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The outer frame 1 and the fixation plate 2 of a stepping motor body are arranged in a metal mold with high associated dimension accuracy, rubber in which a vulcanizing agent is mixed is poured into space formed by the outer frame and the fixation plate in the metal mold, and heating rubber is formed by appropriate heating and pressurization. In this time, adhesive force is produced between the metallic outer frame 1 and the fixation plate 2 of a stepping motor body and the vulcanized rubber by vulcanization bonding and a stepping motor body 1 is fastened by bonding to and integrated with the fixation plate 2 through a circular rubber elastic body 3. Thereby projection processing is not needed, the fixation accuracy of the fixation plate improves, and vibration and noises are reduced.

In the figure, 1 is the stepping motor body or the outer frame of the main body, 2 is the motor mounting plate, and 1 is the stepping motor body 1.
It is fixed to the end face by spot welding or rivets. Although the inside of the motor is largely omitted, it includes a stator 4, a rotor 6, and a shaft 6. The stator 4 is fixed to the outer frame 1 of the motor body, and a rotor 5 is rotatably attached to the center of the stator 4 with a shaft 6 held by a bearing. The motor is attached to the equipment by fixing the mounting plate 2 to the chassis (not shown) of the equipment with screws or the like.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned conventional configuration, when spot welding the mounting plate 2 and the stepping motor main body 1, projection processing is performed in advance at the welding location, but due to processing accuracy problems, the contact surface of the projection is uneven. In some cases, the plane of the mounting plate 2 may be distorted during spot welding, and in this case, the motor cannot be correctly mounted to the equipment. Furthermore, stepping motors are motors that inherently produce high levels of vibration and noise, and there is also a problem in that vibrations and noise are directly transmitted to the equipment through the mounting plate 2 that is rigidly coupled.

Function: Since the mounting plate and the stepping motor body are bonded together via a rubber elastic body, the elasticity of the rubber absorbs unnecessary distortion and maintains the flatness of the mounting plate.
When this mounting plate is fixed to the chassis of a device, the vibrations and noise of the motor are absorbed by the elasticity of the rubber and are prevented from being transmitted.

Next, as an example of a method of manufacturing the above structure, the stepping motor main body or its outer frame 1 and the mounting plate 2 are placed in a mold with high precision in their related dimensions such as surface angle and concentricity, and both Rubber mixed with a vulcanizing agent is injected into the space surrounded by the mold, and vulcanized rubber is formed by applying appropriate heat and pressure.

When the vulcanized rubber is formed, adhesive force is generated between the stepping motor main body or its outer frame 1 and mounting plate 2, which are metal plates, and the vulcanized rubber due to vulcanization adhesion, resulting in the structure of the present invention. In order to strengthen the adhesive force, it is effective to roughen the surface of the metal plate, provide a projection to prevent slippage, or use metal plating in combination. According to the above manufacturing method, since no extra strain is applied to the stepping motor main body, its outer frame 1, or the mounting plate 2, it is possible to maintain the dimensional accuracy and fix the two together, and the mounting plate 2 The accuracy of the plane is also improved compared to the previous model. Additionally, projection processing is no longer required, reducing the number of screens.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention improves the fixing accuracy of the mounting plate by bonding the frame and the mounting plate with a rubber elastic body, and furthermore, by integrating the frame and the mounting plate through the elastic body, it is possible to improve the attachment to the equipment. We can provide an excellent stepping motor that can achieve low vibration and low noise during installation.
