この考案は半導体素子を運搬等のため収納する
半導体素子収納用ステイツクに関するものであ

納した半導体素子(図示せず)が本体1の開口端
12から脱落しないように保持するピン部材であ
る。このピン部材2は帯状部21とその下方に延
びた第一の突出部22とからなり、本体1の開放
端12近辺で、上面に設けた第一の穴13に第一
の突出部22が圧入され帯状部21で止まる構成
となつている。このピン部材2は半導体素子を収
納するときは取り外し、収納後運搬、保管等のと
きは装着して半導体素子が脱落しないようにする
と共に、半導体素子を使用するときはまた取り外
して必要個数の半導体素子を取り出す必要がある
ため着脱可能であることが必要であり、帯状部2

用ステイツクはピン部材により相互に固着され、
外周を縛つている紐やバンドは摩擦があつて滑ら
ないため、内部の半導体素子収納用ステイツクが
一部脱落するという事故を防止できる。また、半
導体素子を使用するときは、周囲の紐、バンド等
をはずし、半導体素子収納用ステイツクを1個づ
つ上に持ち上げることによりピン部材が本体の第
二の穴から容易に離脱するため使用時の不便はな
く、逆に半導体素子収納用ステイツクから必要個
数の半導体素子を取り出す場合でもピン部材に第
二の突出部があるためピン部材の着脱が容易に行
える。

りやや小さめにして挿入が容易となる太さに形成
すればよい。また第二の突出部は上に重ねた半導
体素子収納用ステイツクの台状部11に設けた第
二の穴15を貫通する必要があるため、帯状部2
1の下面から第二の突出部23の先端の長さがス
テイツクの台状部の高さよりやや長くなるように
