第１図は、本考案の一実施例によるサーマルプ
リンタの発熱素子印加電圧の遮断および復帰手段
の主要な構成を示すブロツク図、第２図は、サー
ミスタを取り付けたサーマルプリントヘツドを示
す側面図、第３図ａ及びｂは、従来例である温度
ヒユーズを取り付けたサーマルプリントヘツドを
示しており、ａ図は外観図、ｂ図は等価回路図で
ある。 １０……サーマルプリントヘツド、１２……発
熱抵抗素子列、１４……サーマルヘツド温度検出
用サーミスタ、１５……環境温度検出用サーミス
タ、６２……温度ヒユーズ、１００……印加電圧
遮断・復帰手段、１１０……印加電圧遮断・復
帰手段、１２０……差動増幅器。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) １つの印画ライン上の複数の画素に１対１
    で対応する複数の発熱抵抗素子に通電さる制御回
    路を有し、この制御回路による発熱抵抗素子への
    通電によつて、感熱紙を発色させるあるいはイン
    クシートに塗布された色材を記録紙上に転写する
    サーマルプリンタにおいて、 発熱抵抗素子が形成されているサーマルヘツド
    に取り付けられたサーマルヘツド温度検出手段の
    出力から求められるサーマルヘツド温度が許容温
    度を越えた場合に前記制御回路とは無関係に発熱
    素子への印加電圧を遮断する手段を具備すること
    を特徴とするサーマルプリンタ。 (2) 前記サーマルヘツド温度検出手段による検
    出温度が基準温度以下になつた場合に遮断されて
    いる発熱素子印加電圧を復帰する手段を具備する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のサーマルプリンタ。 (3) 前記サーマルヘツド温度検出手段の出力と
    装置内に取り付けられた環境温度検出手段の出力
    を比較し求められたサーマルヘツド温度上昇量が
    許容温度上昇量を越えた場合に制御回路とは無関
    係に発熱素子印加電圧を遮断する手段を具備する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載のサーマルプリンタ。 (4) 前記サーマルヘツド温度検出手段の出力と
    前記環境温度検出手段の出力を比較し求められる
    サーマルヘツド温度上昇量が基準温度上昇量以内
    になつた場合に遮断されている発熱素子印加電圧
    を復帰する手段を具備することを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のサーマルプリン
    タ。
