収納され、該ブラシホルダー12はブラケツト本
体13を介してブラケツト基台4に固設され、さ
らに該ブラケツト基台4はセツトボルト10によ
つて基台1に固定される。ブラシホルダー12に
はブラシ圧接力調整ボルト8,8が螺合され、取
付部5の背面をローラ側へ押付け、ローラ3に対
するブラシ6の圧接力が調整できる様に構成さ
れ、原糸の捲付け防止或は捲付きの成長防止が図
られている。

ブラシホルダー12の間に噛み込んでしまい、最
悪の場合にはブラシホルダー12の破損や延伸ロ
ーラ支軸3aの偏芯等を起こし、これらの部品を
取換えなければならないことも度々である。

15との連結は、支軸14先端側に複数の皿ばね
16を挿入してその先に解除力調整ナツト17を
螺合する構造としている。即ち皿ばね16を圧縮
して上記調整ナツト17を締付けた場合には回転
ポスト15はブラケツト基台4に強固に保持さ
れ、旋回の自在性が制限されることになり、原糸
の捲き付けが正常なときには擦り取り部材をロー
ラ3に当接させておくと共に、原糸の過剰な捲き
付けが生じたときには擦り取り部材11が退避可
能となる様に、上記調整ナツトの締付けを調節
し、擦り取り部材の解除トルクを調節する。支軸
14を突設したブラケツト基台4はセツトボルト
19によつて基台1上に取付けられるが、該ブラ
ケツト基台4にはブラケツト基台の傾斜角度調整
ボルト18が螺合されており、ブラケツト基台4
の配設傾斜角度が自在に変更できる様になつてい
る。即ちブラケツト基台4の傾斜角度を変更する
ことによつてブラシホルダー12をローラ3の周
面に対して近傍若しくは離反させフエルト製擦り
取り部材11のローラ当接圧を調整する。尚矢印
Rはローラ3の回転方向を示す。
