[考案が解決しようとする課題]
上記装具を装着するときに、前記留め具5の環
状部材6にベルト3を挿通するに当り、該環状部
材6は把持片5aの折返し部において回転自在に
支持されているため、環状部材6は装具本体2表
面に密接したり、或は逆に破線位置に押されて把
持片5a表面に密接したり自由に動くので、容易
にこの挿通動作を行なえない。さらに義肢・装具
の種類によつては片手しか届かない様な位置にベ
ルトを設けなければならないこともあり、装着者
自身で装着できないという不都合が生じていた。
特に上肢障害の有する人にとつてこのベルトの装

れる板ばね当接部が、上記環状部材の一部に形成

考案の特徴的な構成は、環状部材6の一辺に支持
部材8を取付けると共に、該環状部材6の一部に
異形断面部6aを形成したことにある。該支持部
材8は支持本体8a、枢支部8b及び板ばね部8
cによつて形成され、これらは板状の金属材料
(鋼材、真鍮材やアルミニウム合金材等)を加工
して一体的に形成される。即ち4辺を有する矩形
状の綿材により形成された環状部材6の1つの長
辺部6Aを回転自在に上下端で枢支する枢支部8
b,8bを設け、該枢支部8b,8bは支持本体
8aを介して一体的に形成される。従つてこの長
辺部6Aは環状部材6を揺動する中心となる。該
支持本体8aは折返し部8dにおいて折返され、
各折返し先端側には前記長辺部6Aの一部を弾発
的に支持する板ばね部8c,8cが形成される。
そして該板ばね部8c,8cに当接するこの直線
状長辺部6Aの一部には異形断面部6aが形成さ
れる。該異形断面部6aは第2図に示す様に周方
向に平面部6a1と円弧部6a2が形成され、該平面
部6a1は円柱の一部周面を切削加工又は押圧加工
して形成される。該平面部6a1は周方向に一面だ
け形成するものであつても良いし、或は二面以上
形成するものであつても構わず、また軸方向に対
して1乃至複数位置に平面部6a1を形成するもの
であつても良い。尚第1,2図に示す例では軸方
向に2箇所、且つ周方向に2面の平面部6a1,6
a1を平行に形成している。この平面部6a1,6a1
は前記板ばね部8c,8cによつて弾発的に押圧
する様に支持される。これにより前記平板部6
a1,6a1を板ばね部8c,8cによつて挟持した
とき該板ばね8cの押圧力は最低となり、この状
態で安定して環状部材6と枢支部材8は一定角度
を形成した位置で静止状態となる。また前記枢支
部材8はシート状挟持片5aの折返し部に装入し
て装具本体2に取付けられるので、上記環状部材
6は装具本体2の表面に対して一定の角度θを保
つて支持されることになる。上記角度θは上記長
辺部6Aにおける平面部6a1の周方向形成位置を
変えることによつて容易に変更でき、ベルト3の
環状部材6への挿通し易さを考慮して設定すれば
良く、好ましくはθを40〜90度とすることが推奨
