Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、1次シールドを行つたトンネル内の
拡幅予定区域に対して、拡幅シールド機を1次シ
ールドセグメントの外周に沿つて幅線方向に推進
させトンネルの拡幅を行う、拡幅シールド工法用

[従来の技術]
一般に拡幅シールド工法によりトンネルの拡幅
を行う場合、第3図イに示すように、1次トンネ
ル1の拡幅予定区域の地山3に対して1次シール
ドセグメント2の適所から、地山3の崩壊防止と
地下水の浸入防止のためにコンクリート4を打
ち、しかる後第3図ロに示すように所要部分の1
次シールドセグメント2を取外し、更にコンクリ
ート4を打つた部分の地山3を円環状に掘削して
拡幅基地6を形成し、次で第3図ハに示すように
拡幅基地6内に拡幅シールド機7を設置し、シー
ルドジヤツキ8と基地6後部側壁5との間に反力
受部材10を配置してシールド機7を推進させ、
拡幅予定区域9を掘削するようにしている。尚、
11はシールドフレーム、12はテールシール、
13はカツタ、14はカツタ駆動モータ、15は
