Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂成形機内に供給されるべき樹脂材料を
計量して貯える計量容器と、該計量容器に上記樹
脂材料を補給する材料タンクとを備えた樹脂成形
機の材料供給装置において、 上記計量容器に、上記樹脂材料が所定の上限レ
ベル以上に貯えられていることを検出する上限レ
ベルセンサと、樹脂材料のレベルが所定の下限レ
ベル以下に低下したことを検出する下限レベルセ
ンサと、樹脂材料が上記上限レベルと下限レベル
との間の所定の中間レベル以上に貯えられている
ことを検出する中間レベルセンサとを設けるとと
もに、通常時は上記下限レベルセンサの検出信号
に応じて計量容器に樹脂材料を上記上限レベルま
で補給する一方、新規ロツトの生産開始時には上
記計量容器に樹脂材料を上記中間レベルまで供給
する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする樹脂成形
機の材料供給装置。 (2) 樹脂成形機内に供給されるべき樹脂材料を
計量して貯える計量容器と、該計量容器に上記樹
脂材料を補給する材料タンクとを備えた樹脂成形
機の材料供給装置において、 上記計量容器に、上記樹脂材料が所定の上限レ
ベル以上に貯えられていることを検出する上限レ
ベルセンサと、樹脂材料のレベルが所定の下限レ
ベル以下に低下したことを検出する下限レベルセ
ンサと、樹脂材料が上記上限レベルと下限レベル
との間の所定の中間レベル以上に貯えられている
ことを検出する中間レベルセンサとを設けるとと
もに、通常時は上記下限レベルセンサの検出信号
に応じて計量容器に樹脂材料を上記上限レベルま
で補給する一方、生産ロツトの残りのシヨツト数
が所定値以下のときには上記計量容器に樹脂材料
を上記中間レベルまで補給する制御手段を設けた
ことを特徴とする樹脂成形機の材料供給装置。
