る形状にて、調和空気吹き出し用風洞20および室内空
気吸い込み用ダクト21の各々を区画壁22により形成
する中空状構造を有し、さらに、この側面には調和空気
吹き出し用風洞20に連通する調和空気吹き出し口15
を設けている。柱装置10の下ユニット16は内部の一
部分に収納庫17を有し、この側面下方において各々の
部屋に相対して設けられた室内空気吸い込み口18と前
記上ユニット14の室内空気吸い込み用ダクト21と連
通接続する通風路23が形成されている。また下ユニッ
ト16の一部は、照明,電話,空気調和機、ホームオー
トメーション関係の住居制御用操作盤24を含む配線設
