1ポツパー1内の粉粒体を間欠的に移送する第1
供給装置2と、この第1供給装置2により供給さ
れた粉粒体を収容する固定された第2ホツパー3
と、この第2ポツパー3から供給された粉粒体を
移送する第2供給装置4と、この第2供給装置4
を振動させる圧電バイブレータ5と、前記第2ホ
ツパー3内の上部に固定され、その下部を前記第
2供給装置4の内部に、当該第2ホツパー3の内
側形状に合つた傾斜をもつて接触させたブリツジ
ブレイカー10と、前記第2ホツパー3と第2供
給装置4の重量を測定する重量測定器7と、この
重量計測器7により計測されその計測値が一定範
囲になるように前記第1供給装置2を間欠運転さ
せ、かつ第2ホツパー3に粉粒体が供給されてい
ない間に重量測定器7により第2ポツパー3と第
2供給装置4の重量変化を連続的に計測すると共
に粉粒体が供給されている時間を測定することに
より単位時間当たりの供給量を検出し、その検出
信号により圧電バイブレータ5を制御するコント
ローラ9とよりなる粉粒体の定量供給装置。 (2) 第2供給装置4により供給される粉粒体の
状態変化に対して自動的に安定供給を行うようコ
ントローラ9を介して圧電バイブレータ5を制御
する加速度センサ8を第2供給装置4に設けてな
