くなるように形成され、かつ該通路における通路

路部と、断面積減少率の小さい第2通路部とに流
路方向に沿つて分割されていると共に、断面積減
少率の大きい上記第1通路部を開閉するバルブ手
段と、該バルブ手段をエンジンの所定回転数以上
で開動させる制御手段とが設けられていることを
