樹脂成形するに比して凹凸のない均一な仕上り面
に形成できると共にコストダウンも図ることがで
きる。この外装ケース10に対しては、圧電振動
子11が内枠10dの径内で開放縁近くに嵌着固
定されている。また、その圧電振動子11に接続
する金属端子片12,13が外装ケース10の下
部側隅角個所近くに突出装着されている。これら
端子片12,13は導電性の良好な金属材を帯状
に形取り成形したもので、その一部を外枠10c
の厚肉部に埋め込むことにより固定されている。
また、各端子片12,13の突端側には板面を切
り起して逆さ爪12a,13aが設けられ、この
爪12a,13aをプリント基板の背面側に係合
することにより外装ケース10をプリント基板に
立付け装着できるようになつている。その端子片
12,13は、本体と連続させて形成したリード
部12a,13bで圧電振動子11の電極11
a、振動板11bと接続されている。このリード
部12b,13bは一端側のみを電極11a、振
