By the way, such a conventional decorative board has a smooth surface, lacks a three-dimensional effect, and is poor in design. Furthermore, the substrate, surface decorative paper, decorative cloth, etc. are flammable.
Poor fire and flame retardant properties. In addition, heat absorbing and heat retaining properties are also lacking, except when fiberboard is used as a substrate.

No. 94612) Apply epoxy resin adhesive paint to the surface of a unit frame flat plate made of concrete, especially lightweight cellular concrete, flock various types of single fibers on the top surface, and apply epoxy resin adhesive paint to the top surface of the flocked flat plate. Concrete spray-coated with paint, especially lightweight aerated concrete decorative board (Special Publication No. 48-34930) By the way, the former uses fiber flocking to achieve a finish that cannot be obtained with conventional decorative paper pasting etc. It became possible to obtain unique surface designs.

Further, the scattering of the fallen fibers into the space is not sanitary for the human body.

However, according to this technique, the fibers to be flocked are arranged in a sandwich pattern between the paint on the surface of the flat plate and the paint coated from the top of the fibers, so the fibers to be flocked are not exposed to the surface of the decorative board. Become. For this reason, the flocked fibers have the problem of completely losing the flocked properties such as heat retention, insulation, and sound absorption that can be obtained by exposing the flocked fibers to the surface.

性の高い化粧板を提供しようとするものである。 That is, the present invention electrostatically flocks noncombustible piles onto a noncombustible plate-like substrate, and then coats the piles without burying them, thereby achieving noncombustibility, soundproofing, heat retention, heat insulation, and sound absorption properties. The present invention aims to provide a decorative board with a high design quality that does not cause the pile to fall off while bringing out the flocked characteristics.

る。 After the non-combustible pile is flocked, a top coat is applied without filling the pile, so the flocked properties such as heat retention, insulation and sound absorption, and the decorative board surface obtained by the flocked layer of the non-combustible pile. The pile can be firmly fixed to the substrate without losing its various advantages, such as increased strength such as abrasion resistance and durability, water repellency, and the surface design of the pile. It is possible to prevent the sheet from falling off the substrate, and it is possible to obtain a decorative board that is excellent not only in surface strength but also in terms of aesthetics and hygiene.
