ード減衰器を示す図、第２図は従来までのピンダ
イオード減衰器を示す図である。 図において、１は誘電体基板、２はマイクロス
トリツプ線路、３は抵抗体、４はλ／４オープン
スタブ、５は信号波入力端子、６は信号波出力端
子、７はピンダイオード、８は電圧印加端子であ
る。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分
を示す。

- 誘電体基板と、上記誘電体基板上に形成された
マイクロストリツプ線路と、一方の片側電極を上
記マイクロストリツプ線路に接続され、他方の片
側電極をλ／４オープンスタブと電圧印加端子に
接続された抵抗体に接続されたピンダイオードと
を備えたことを特徴とするピンダイオード減衰器
。
