一、または相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電磁ホーンと、電磁ホーンの開口の第一の誘電
    体カバーと、上記誘電体カバーと間隔を有する第
    二の誘電体カバーと、上記第一と第二の誘電体カ
    バーの間に電磁ホーン内と同じ圧力の空気を供給
    するバイパス回路とバイパス回路の開閉を行える
    バルブとを備えた２層誘電体カバーを有する電磁
    ホーン。
