- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金属外環に２本のリードを挿通してガラス封着
すると共に、上記リードの内端側を部分的に圧潰
して振動片固定用偏平部を形成した気密端子にお
いて、 上記２つの偏平部が振動片の厚さ以下の間隔で
平行し、かつ、平行方向に位置をずらせて上記リ
ードをガラス封着すると共に、２つの偏平部の先
端部の間隔を拡開したことを特徴とする気密端子
。
