なえ、当該舌片部6には切り込み7がもうけられ
る。当該舌片部6および切り込み7は、第2図に
よつて後述する如く整流子への装着を容易なもの
とするためのものである。上記の如くして形成さ
れた電極2による電極間にカーボン抵抗ペースト
3が印刷される3ブロツクからなる抵抗部が形成
される。該カーボン抵抗ペースト3は第1図aお
よび第1図b図示の如く電極2の端面に接触して
いるのみでなくさらに電極2を両脇にかかえ込む
ようにしている。そして該両脇にかかえ込むよう
にした部分のカーボン抵抗ペースト3と電極2と
の間には、カーボン抵抗ペースト3と電極2との
電気的接続の信頼性を高めるために銀ペースト4
がもうけられている。

本発明によるリング抵抗1の整流子9への装着
はいたつて簡単である。リング抵抗1の電極2お

周面にもうけられている円弧状の舌片部6が圧入
方向と逆の方向に折り曲げられる。そしてリング
抵抗1が整流子9のワツシヤ8に接するまで圧入
されると第2図b図示の如く、整流子片と樹脂フ
イルムの中周面との間に屈曲させて保持される。
そして、上記リング抵抗1の舌片部6は完全に整
流子9の整流子片に接触しており、これによつて
リング抵抗1は整流子9へ電気的に確実に接続さ
れるとともにリング抵抗1の構成要素の1つであ
る樹脂フイルム5の弾力性と相乗作用して機械的
にも確実に整流子9へ装着せしめている。なお第
1図a図示舌片部6と舌片部6との間にもうけら
れている切り込み7は上記リング抵抗1の整流子
9への圧入時に舌片部6にしわが発生するのを防
止するためにもうけられたものである。該切り込
み7の数は舌片部6の大きさに応じて増減すれば
よい。

において、上記弧状の夫々の電極における弧状の
舌片部が、上記整流子片と上記基板の内周面との
間に、屈曲されて保持されてなる ことを特徴とする小型モータ。
