ベヤの要部の部分拡大側面図、第９図及び第１０
図は第８図に示した要部の作用を説明するための
原理図である。 なお図において、１……焙煎機、３……焙煎容
器、５……回転軸、１８……モータ、２３……環
状部材、２４……案内ブレード、２４ａ……一端
部。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ほゞ逆円錐形状の内周壁面を有する容器と、該
    容器をその中心軸のまわりに回転させる回転駆動
    手段と、前記容器の開口端に近接して配設され前
    記回転方向に関し、前記容器の径内方側に傾斜し
    た案内板を複数個、周壁部に固定させた環状部材
    とから成り、ばら状材料を前記容器内に収容し、
    該容器を前記回転駆動手段により回転させること
    により、前記ばら状材料に周回運動をさせながら
    遠心力により前前容器の内周壁面に沿つて上昇さ
    せ、前記案内板により案内して再び前記容器内へ
    と循環させる循環運動を行なわせるようにしたば
    ら状材料の処理装置において、前記環状部材の周
    壁部に前記案内板の厚さにほゞ等しいスリツトを
    形成し、該スリツトに前記案内板の一端部を挿通
    させて、屈曲させて該案内板の外周壁面に固定し
    、該案内板の前記ばら状材料の導入側端部と前記
    環状部材の内周壁面とを面一にしたことを特徴と
    するばら状材料の処理装置。
