Claims (1)
- 任意の位置に定置される支持台と、該支持台に
取付けられ、高周波電圧を印加することにより回
転駆動される超音波モータと、該超音波モータを
介して前記支持台上に配設され、該超音波モータ
によつて回転される回転台と、該回転台に設けら
れ、外部操作手段からの信号を受信することによ
り該外部操作手段に対する回転台の偏差角を検出
する偏差角検出手段と、該偏差角検出手段で検出
した偏差角に基づき前記回転台を外部操作手段の
位置に向けて回転させるべく、前記超音波モータ
に回転制御信号を出力する制御信号出力手段とか
ら構成してなる遠隔操作式回転位置制御装置。
