Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically clean a bathtub and economize water by draining the rest warm water in the bathtub by a pump and allowing the clean water mixed with cleaning liquid to compulsorily circulate to discharge dirt. CONSTITUTION:The operating button of a controller 20 is turned-ON to open a three-way valve 19' to a drain side, and a pump 16 is operated to drain the rest warm water. Then, clean water is supplied into an injection nozzle 6 from a water supply pipe 17, and large dust, etc., are discharged. The three-way valve 19' is selected to a circulation side, and water is supplied through an injection nozzle 6, and after water is stored in a buffer 2, a cleaning liquid valve 10 is opened to pour cleaning liquid. Then, a three-way valve 19 is selected to a circulation side, and the cleaning water which is heated by operating a heating device 11 and the pump 16 is jetted to clean a bathtub 1. The operations of the heating device 11 and the pump 16 are brought into stop, and the three- way valve 19' is opened to drain the dirty water by the pump 16. Then the three-way valve 19' is selected to the circulation side, the three-way valve 19 is selected to a water supply side, and clean water is jetted from the injection nozzle 6 and stored in the buffer 2, and then the pump 16 is operated to discharge the liquid adhering in a circuit passing through the pump 16.

In the above-mentioned bathtub cleaning device, after all cleaning is completed, water is filled into the bathtub from the water supply pipe, and then the water in the bathtub is heated using a reheating method using a heating device. Heat exchangers are installed for heating and hot water, and the hot water heat exchanger is used to fill the bathtub with hot water using a so-called drop-in method, and the reheating heat exchanger performs the necessary heating or water temperature maintenance. You can.

Next, after draining the remaining hot water, open the first three-way valve while keeping the second three-way valve open and spray water into the bathtub via the water supply pipe and the injection nozzle to first remove large debris. After that, the first and second three-way valves may be switched to the circulation side to enter a cleaning process using the cleaning water.

[Function] When you finish bathing and turn on the operation button with the lid set correctly and hot water remaining in the bathtub, the second three-way valve opens to the drain side and the circulation pump starts operating. , the remaining hot water is drained from the drain pipe. When, for example, a pressure sensor detects the end of drainage, the F51 three-way valve opens and, for example, tap water is supplied to the injection nozzle through the water supply pipe, and is sprayed from the injection nozzle into the bathtub, leaving a large amount of water remaining in the bathtub. Remove trash such as hair from the drain pipe. Note that it is also possible to control such that washing away large pieces of dirt is not performed when there is no dirt.

Once water has accumulated in the buffer, the cleaning liquid valve opens and cleaning liquid is injected into the buffer from within the cleaning liquid container. Next, the first three-way valve is switched to the circulation side, the heating device and the circulation pump start operating, and the heated cleaning water is injected into the bathtub from the injection nozzle. Washing water is approximately 60
The bathtub is heated and maintained at a temperature of around 30 degrees Fahrenheit, and its jet energy and chemical cleaning power wash away dirt adhering to the inner walls of the bathtub.

This washing is controlled on a time-by-hour basis, and after a certain period of time, the heating device and circulation pump are then stopped, and the second three-way valve is opened to drain the dirty washing water. Note that after water is stored in the buffer, the water in the buffer may be once circulated in a heating device and heated before injecting the cleaning liquid. Alternatively, when a hot water supply heat exchanger is incorporated into the heating device, the hot water heated by the hot water supply heat exchanger may be stored in a buffer.

This washing may be repeated several times by first draining the water and then switching to clean water. Next, the second three-way valve is switched to the drain side, and the circulation pump drains the water to prepare for filling with water or hot water. However, when using the heating device for reheating other than cleaning the bathtub, switch the water filling section 1 and the second three-way valve to the circulation side, and turn the heating device → circulation pump → second three-way valve → first three-way valve → Reheating is performed along the route from the injection nozzle to the bathtub to the circulation port to the heating device. Next, when a heat exchanger for hot water supply is installed separately in the heating device, hot water is poured into the bathtub using a drop-in method from this heat exchanger for hot water supply, and when there is a shortage or the temperature of the hot water drops, the above-mentioned reheating is performed. Perform heating. All of the above steps are performed by signals from the controller. Note that the dirt in the bathtub varies greatly depending on the number of bathers, so the cleaning time is controlled depending on the degree of dirt so that there is no waste or insufficient cleaning.

Fill the bathtub l with water, and then open the first, second, and third three-way valves 19.
19'19" to the circulation side (reheating side), bathtub l → circulation port 3 → heat exchanger 12 → circulation pump 16 → second three-way valve 19' → first three-way valve 19 → third three-way valve 19" → Reheating circulation port 3' → Circulation of the bathtub l can be performed to heat the bath by reheating. However, it is also possible to perform reheating circulation by injecting from the injection nozzle 6 instead of from the reheating circulation port 3'.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment in which hot water is filled in place of the reheating described above, in which a heat exchanger 21 for hot water supply and this burner 22 are separately incorporated in the heating device 11, and hot water is supplied from the water supply pipe 17''. Water is supplied to the hot water heat exchanger 21 and heated by the hot water heat exchanger 21, and the heated hot water is passed through the hot water supply pipe 23 → fourth three-way valve 24 → circulation pump 16 → second three-way valve 19' → third 1 three-way valve 19 → third three-way valve 19'' → injection nozzle 6 (or reheating circulation port 3') → hot water supply to the bathtub l and fill it with hot water,
After this, if necessary, the heat exchanger 12 is used to perform reheating. In addition, when making cleaning water, hot water is supplied from this hot water supply heat exchanger 21 into the buffer 2 and cleaning liquid is mixed therein to increase the mixing efficiency or shorten the time to heat the cleaning water to 60'C. You may also do so.
